Since 1987, Air-Tech Systems has built its Northern Virginia HVAC business on a simple promise — “Honest, Reliable and Fair All Year Long” — earning loyal customers across more than 30 communities from its Fairfax Station, Ashburn, and Herndon offices. But as national HVAC chains, lead-generation marketplaces, and aggressive review sites moved into the region, Air-Tech’s hard-earned reputation was increasingly at risk of being diluted by third-party listings, inconsistent brand mentions, and competitors bidding on its name.
Solution
TESSA led a brand development and protection program designed to put Air-Tech back in control of how its name appears online. The work included consolidating and standardizing brand presence across directories and review platforms, strengthening the authority of Air-Tech’s owned web properties so they rank above third-party aggregators, monitoring brand mentions and reviews across the three office locations, and producing content that reinforces the founders’ story, customer-education philosophy, and long-standing community relationships.
